History
Jihua 3539 shoemaking Co., Ltd. was founded in October 1912. Its former site was located in lumicang, Dongcheng, Beijing. It was directly under the Army Department of the Beiyang warlord government. It was named Beiping quilt factory (formerly Beiyang Navy quilt workshop of the Qing Dynasty). It started production with sewing machines preserved in the sixth town of the army.
In the spring of 1913, the factory acquired some equipment and hired German technicians to start mass production of military clothing.
In February 1916, the factory was directly under the control of Yuan Shikai's government, and then expanded to set up an apprenticeship class, which trained 500 skilled workers as the backbone of production technology.
In 1918, the factory returned to the army.
In November 1928, the factory was managed by the military supplies Department of the Ministry of military affairs of the government of the Republic of China, and a branch factory was set up in Tianjin.
In June 1933, due to the luandong incident, the factory was ordered to move south to Wuchang, Hubei Province. In July of the same year, it merged with Hubei quilt factory and was renamed Wuchang quilt factory of the Ministry of military and political affairs.
After the outbreak of the Anti Japanese war in 1937, in order to avoid Japanese aircraft bombing, the factory was ordered to move to daximent, Jiangjin County, Chongqing, Sichuan Province in January 1938. In April of the same year, it was changed into the first quilt factory of the Ministry of military and political affairs.
In May 1943, the fourth quilt factory of the Ministry of military and political affairs, located in the South Bank of Chongqing, was incorporated into the factory.
In June 1946, the factory was affiliated to Chongqing General quilt and clothing factory, the joint logistics headquarters of the Kuomintang, and was named Jiangjin quilt and clothing factory.
In January 1950, Jiangjin clothing factory was taken over by the third clothing factory of the second field army of the Chinese people's Liberation Army and renamed the first clothing factory of the Logistics Department of the Southwest Military Region of the Chinese people's Liberation Army.
In 1953, the factory was renamed as 506 factory of logistics and Quartermaster Production Department of Southwest Military Region of PLA.
In 1957, the factory was handed over to Jiangjin handicraft Bureau for management and named as the local state-owned 506 factory in Jiangjin District, Sichuan Province.
After returning to the PLA in July 1967, the factory was named "3539 factory of PLA".
In 2000, the factory was handed over to the central enterprise working committee and the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and was subordinate to Xinxing cast pipe group Co., Ltd., with the new registered name of Chongqing 3539 shoes factory.
In 2007, the factory was restructured and Jihua 3539 shoe making Co., Ltd. was established.
